The service center was great for the recall issue. The cost to turn off the TSP light of over $400 per tire is crazy. The work done on my car was a simple recall, though I had originally took it in to figure out a code on my car. We found out the issue and couldn't get the work done that day due to a part out of stock. The originally took it in to figure out a code on my car. The women in the service department was nice and friendly, however Ben who works with taking in cars was not. We had a few questions and honestly he just seemed like he didn't have the time of day to talk to customers. I normally don't take my car to a dealership because of cost but this is also why. After this experience, I will gladly take my car to a small business that can do the same work that takes the time for someone that doesn't understand cars very well to ask questions and get better service.
