I waited a half hour longer for them to to the paperwork than it took to do the service on the car. I'm also not a big fan of the layout of the service area where it's Mazda on the left and Mitsubishi on th than it took to do the service on the car. I'm also not a big fan of the layout of the service area where it's Mazda on the left and Mitsubishi on the right with no designated path between the two inside, I had to walk outside to cross from the mazda side to the mitsubishi side since the only open service entrance was on the left. Other than the paperwork however I have never had issues with their service team. More
