Frustrating wait time The sales team was great, very professional, excellent follow-through. Picking up my used vehicle was quite contrary. I financed through my credit uni The sales team was great, very professional, excellent follow-through. Picking up my used vehicle was quite contrary. I financed through my credit union and only needed to sign the final sales agreements etc... Waited over 2.5 hours to spend 6 minutes (I timed it) to sign required documents. Although the dealership was aware that I was traveling over an hour each way, as well as the intended time of my arrival; they processed all the other clients in the showroom that were purchasing new vehicles, even if they had arrived after I did. I was given apologies due to "staff shortage", and promised a $50 gas card. I hope this dealership obtains additional staff to make the car buying process easier, faster, and more seamless between departments. Although I said I would recommend this dealership, I am soley basing it on my experience with the top notch sales team. More
