The service was good. I would have liked to have been informed of the $20 concierge service when I booked it. It was only disclosed via text the day of my pickup. I have no issue with the $20 concierge service and think that is a good deal, but just make sure to disclose costs upfront to your customers in the future. No customer likes hidden costs.
