The experience was excellent. I made an appointment for a recall on the shifter trim of my 2019 Golf R, and Lucas met me in the service bay. He was aware of what my vehicle needed I made an appointment for a recall on the shifter trim of my 2019 Golf R, and Lucas met me in the service bay. He was aware of what my vehicle needed, and explained that the service would take about an hour or so. After an hour, my Golf R was cleaned and the service performed. I received an excellent video detailing the inspection that was done as part of the service. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. More

They were very low-pressure, even though we showed up only and hour before they closed. Our salesperson and the finance person were kind and friendly, and efficient. The only slight critical feedback I w only and hour before they closed. Our salesperson and the finance person were kind and friendly, and efficient. The only slight critical feedback I would say is once the deal was done, that was that. Not much for follow-ups of any kind, and when our check engine light came on only a couple days later, our salesperson basically said we could go to any VW dealership we wanted. Again though, all in all, it was a great experience. More
