My most recent visit to the service center went well. The initial fix for a broken component didn't work, but they were able to get me a rental until they could fix it through another method. I have had a few repeat issues with my vehicle though that is still under warranty, but I'm unsure if that's a reflection of my VW, the parts VW authorizes the dealer to use, or an issue with workmanship by those doing the repairs. We like D 'Aundre Demars Sales very much, and he is very patient to serve us. When we arrived, it was already 4pm, and when everything was finished, it was already 8:30, which delayed his work time.
