I had a great 10k maintenance experience. My service representative Lucas promptly greeted me when I arrived, got me checked in quickly, and kept me updated as needed during my wait. I really liked the text message alerts notifying me of the status of my car and thought the video inspection was a nice touch. I had a routine visit so I wasn’t expecting any issues, but overall it was a wonderful customer experience. I especially love the complimentary car wash. More

Last time service was poor. They refused to wash my car when I went in for an oil change. I had to end up going down the street to get it done, plus they washed my car. An oil change that I booked months in advance took 90 minutes. The first time I scheduled an appointment with them they forgot to come get my car, I actually had to call them to ask what happened. They were supposed to pick it up from my job and never showed, never rea forgot to come get my car, I actually had to call them to ask what happened. The second, and final time I had an appointment for drop-off at 10:30am, I dropped the car off early and I was told my car would be ready by noon… that didn’t happen, pick up time got pushed back to “2:30pm, 3 latest” around 3:15pm I had to call to find out if my car was ready. I purchased my car from them, safe to say I will be going to a different Luther going forward. More
