There was some miscommunication as I had thought that if both the front and rear alignments needed to be performed I would be notified. Also I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and I said yes, it was ma both the front and rear alignments needed to be performed I would be notified. Also I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and I said yes, it was marked down on the service work order but was never performed. It would also be nice to get an estimate of how long the service was going to take as the 20k service, plus alignment and shift cover trim took 5 hours and I called to get the status a few times. More
