The first time I scheduled an appointment with them they forgot to come get my car, I actually had to call them to ask what happened. The second, and final time I had an appointment for drop-off at 10:30am, I dropped the car off early and I was told my car would be ready by noon… that didn’t happen, pick up time got pushed back to “2:30pm, 3 latest” around 3:15pm I had to call to find out if my car was ready. I purchased my car from them, safe to say I will be going to a different Luther going forward. More
An oil change that I booked months in advance took 90 minutes. We have only had VW/Audi vehicles for over 20 years, and currently have four vehicles, including 2017 and 2018 Jettas. Ever since the VW emissions cheating scandal, our service experiences with VW have been currently have four vehicles, including 2017 and 2018 Jettas. Ever since the VW emissions cheating scandal, our service experiences with VW have been horrible. Especially with Luther VW, even with factory warranties, it just feels like they are angling to maximize profits while completely disregarding customer care. Having to pay for a diagnosis for a car under factory warranty is just one of the profit-centered changes that demonstrates their new values. At our last and final visit, we were interrogated by the service advisor, as if he were seeking any evidence to blame us for the problem. Beyond ridiculous and we will not be treated like this by a company we have patronized for over 20 years. Unfortunately, because of these experiences, we will not purchase another VW, and every service visit is something we dread. Fortunately, our customer experiences with Audi have been outstanding. More
