Last time service was poor. They refused to wash my car when I went in for an oil change. I had to end up going down the street to get it done, plus they washed my car. They are usually good but last couple of times, I’m very dissatisfied. More

An oil change that I booked months in advance took 90 minutes. I also needed my washer fluid checked out because it keeps freezing, they told me it was fixed and the very next day it was frozen again. minutes. The first time I scheduled an appointment with them they forgot to come get my car, I actually had to call them to ask what happened. They were supposed to pick it up from my job and never showed, never rea forgot to come get my car, I actually had to call them to ask what happened. The second, and final time I had an appointment for drop-off at 10:30am, I dropped the car off early and I was told my car would be ready by noon… that didn’t happen, pick up time got pushed back to “2:30pm, 3 latest” around 3:15pm I had to call to find out if my car was ready. I purchased my car from them, safe to say I will be going to a different Luther going forward. More
