Poor communication. I brought my car up to fix its automatic car starter on Monday as one of your people had me pick a Monday so I could get it fixed. I dropped it off and then I was told it couldn’t automatic car starter on Monday as one of your people had me pick a Monday so I could get it fixed. I dropped it off and then I was told it couldn’t be fixed until February. Now I am trying to arrange a time to pick my car up and am hearing nothing back, again. Bradley nimz also said he would call me back in an “hour” yesterday about possible dates I could drop my car off again but I haven’t heard anything back yet. As far as I’m concerned, this is your vendor and my car was fixed by you. More

The video review of the work being done was very cool/on the not cool side was having the issue with my window not taken care of & having to bring it back in & the mystery part that was removed & left on th the not cool side was having the issue with my window not taken care of & having to bring it back in & the mystery part that was removed & left on the floor causing an entirely new problem..the heat not working properly..8 days out of 9 to get my car back with everything working again..super disappointing after receiving poor service at another Luther dealership & deciding to give this one a try More
