Problem was partially fixed. I’ve had my car in there multiple times since buying it brand new off the lot. I’m tired of doing this. I wish I had never bought this car. Build quality just flat out not th multiple times since buying it brand new off the lot. I’m tired of doing this. I wish I had never bought this car. I used your concierge service for an appointment on 12/30. The person sent out to pick up my car couldn’t drive a manual transmission. Another was sent out that could. Later that day, just after 5 pm I 12/30. The person sent out to pick up my car couldn’t drive a manual transmission. Another was sent out that could. Later that day, just after 5 pm I called the store. Was told my car was not ready. Was told the service was not done. I had no communication that day that it would not be done. I asked to speak to a manager, was transferred and got voice mail. Called back and the person that answered the phone said she would walk over and find a manager. She did find one, she came back on the line and told me my car was not done and that the manger would not talk with me. I was stuck at work without a way home. Later that evening I did get a call back from one of your managers. I don’t remember his name but do have it written down at work. He was not able to look into anything until the next morning. He did call me around 9 am. Told me the car did get finished the prior day and that a text was sent notifying me and requesting payment. I found earlier today 1/1 that an email was sent, not a text. I had earlier on 12/30 had text and a phone call from the service advisor. I was not expecting an email was not told to look for an email and did not receive a call or the text regarding my car being done. My service advisor was Bradley Nimz. More
I was out of town and needed something checked before I trekked home. They got me in and out on my timeline. There was a quiet room for my 7 year old and I to hangout while we waited.
