No updates on the status of the service, like told I would get. Wasn't able to use Luther coupon, like I was told I could have applied when I picked up my vehicle, and the service I agreed to was dependent on the coupons I had. Instead, I had to call to check on the status as I never received any updates, text or call, like I said I would receive. Was told the oil change, tire rotation, and 30k mile check would be done by the time they close (6 hours after my scheduled drop off) to be told by the cashier there was no way to apply coupons and the service technician needed to apply at time of check in, but no one was available when I was told by the technician it could be applied when I picked up my vehicle OR I could respond to the text I would receive about my vehicle with the coupon received (which I never received). Service was due and needed, but would have appreciated the teams to better understand what could and could not be done by the other or for Luther to provide adequate training to all teams.
