Scheduled service date 10 days in advance, dropped off car and found out I was not on schedule. They took several days to get a look at car. Was told issues on a Friday and that it would be done Tues or car and found out I was not on schedule. They took several days to get a look at car. My daughter had a tire blow out on her new Atlas. We had it towed to Brookdale. I received a text first thing in the morning from Brad who kept me informed of all the repair work and even on his day off he it towed to Brookdale. Had an appointment for oil change and to get a mirror replaced, but when I arrived they didn’t have the mirror and tried selling it $60 over retail price. Also took almost 2 hours for the oil change to b replaced, but when I arrived they didn’t have the mirror and tried selling it $60 over retail price. Also took almost 2 hours for the oil change to be completed which seemed ridiculous. Overall just a typical dealership that’s gonna try to upsell you on anything wrong with your vehicle without fixing what you wanted in the first place. More

I have many options of where to get service. The Saint Louis Park location is much closer, so it would be more convenient, however there’s a more comfortable feel at Brookdale. I brought my car in for a dsg transmission fluid change. I received a texted message to remind me in which I thought that was awesome. After my car was finished I received another message telling me that it I received a texted message to remind me in which I thought that was awesome. After my car was finished I received another message telling me that it was done and the invoice. That was great I didn't need to call and ask if it was ready and how much I knew from the message.
