I was supposed to get 2 things done qnd specified them when i dropped my car. When they texted me that it was ready I was on my wag when I talked to service and they said the sexond thing was not on the w when i dropped my car. Very good customer service. Kept in touch and honored my warranty. My experience was easy and smooth. I have experienced multiple negligent incidents with mechanics. Oil plug not secured at last visit, resulting in need to tow back to dealership and most recently lug nuts not secured to wheel properly ( mechanics.
