Almost everything was fine, but my vehicle did not receive a car wash even though it was listed as task completed on the invoice. It was also mentioned in the video and in the phone call I received fr receive a car wash even though it was listed as task completed on the invoice. It was also mentioned in the video and in the phone call I received from the representative when my vehicle was finished. I don’t care about the car wash, but I think it’s a pretty obvious example of poor attention to detail. I would hope that something actually important would not be blatantly missed in the future. Terrible ripoff of a place. They said my new atlas needed new tires and an alignment and then told Volkswagen they were mistaken. Dissatisfied with oil change interval.VW dealer Dissatisfied with oil change interval. VW dealer recommended 5k interval for my next service; doesn't match up with owners manual recommendation of 1 Dissatisfied with oil change interval. VW dealer recommended 5k interval for my next service; doesn't match up with owners manual recommendation of 10k servicing and my previous experiences owning VW products. Left wondering if they used a product outside of VW specification or why the car needs another service at 6 months/ 5k miles. A 25k service isn't in my manual. I elect to have service preformed at a VW dealer because I trust they follow what what's in my owner's manual and will return to another dealer for future maintenance needs. Was hoping for better because Brookdale is near my home. More

Twice the car was brought in, twice it WASN’T repaired. 3rd time I broke down, it was over 24 hours until the call was returned. Absolutely unprofessional, and over those 2 visits, I spent in the neighbo 3rd time I broke down, it was over 24 hours until the call was returned. Absolutely unprofessional, and over those 2 visits, I spent in the neighborhood of $2500.00 dollars to NOT get the car repaired. Still sitting in my driveway with the EPC code on, undriveable.
