They were great, got me a loaner car within the hour once they realized they were to need to keep my car a couple of days. Everything was covered under warranty. Brought my car in with a serpentine belt problem and a no start issue paid almost 1300 for them to clean out the prieces of belt out of my timing chain to have to bring it back for pulley seizing....3 days l start issue paid almost 1300 for them to clean out the prieces of belt out of my timing chain to have to bring it back for pulley seizing....3 days later to be treated like dirt ignored and told I'd have to pay almost 900 dollars to have it fixed...This is the most awful and distasteful experience I've ever had to endure. More

Complaint that it took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change..and they forgot to wash my car. :( I asked and front desk lady said she can't check on progress.
