I have had excellent service every time I go in to Luther Brookdale VW. I like the office space to work while waiting and I am kept up to date with progress along the way. My car went in for a simple CPO fix and it was denied because it was supposedly a loose bolt. Like bolts don’t ever come loose. I’ve never heard such a stupid thing. What good is your CPO of it doesn’t h because it was supposedly a loose bolt. Like bolts don’t ever come loose. I’ve never heard such a stupid thing. What good is your CPO of it doesn’t help fix your xxxx car. It has surely given me a new out look on your xxxxxxxxx CPO up sell. This car was literally purchased a month prior to having this work done. It was cold when I bought the car so could not tell that the AC didn’t work. I would not have purchased that car from anyone with a non working AC. Unfortunately Brookdale VW is the closest to my house. I’ve bought cars there and I plan to NEVER step foot in that dealership ever again. And quite possibly never buy another VW. I was denied a loaner car and I was without a car for over a week while they worked through the xxxxxxxxx with VW. More

I prefer this dealer over other local options. Staff is pleasant. Maintenance done without sales push like some dealers.
