2/5 for communication. Sales consultant (August) was amazing. He seemed genuine and straight forward. Our initial purchase of our vehicle went very smoothly. I called and tried to speak with service advisors multiple times to coordinate installing remote start as well as fixing AC which didn’t work 2 weeks after purchase. It seems that every time I called, I was starting from square one. There were no previous notes and I never got anywhere. Finally, when I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, I was able to speak with a service advisor (Brad) consistently and I made some progress. Brad did a great job considering my complex situation and questions all while being very short staffed. I would definitely request to work with him again. More
