This time my service was a little less than exceptional. The man I made the phone appointment with led me to believe the parts would be there when I arrived. But when I went to get gas yesterday, my new gas cap fell off. I was surprised because I expected that, like the gas cap that had been replaced, it would be attached. I’m not happy. More

Your service representative lacks the customer service skills required to be in this position. To me Volkswagen says superior quality and customer service. Jason Gallus provides the BARE minimum and con skills required to be in this position. To me Volkswagen says superior quality and customer service.
