Called to get oil change and tires rotated. They got me right in. Thumbs up! Guy wanted me to also have brakes inspected? For another $40 thumbs down! Okay here’s the best part, review bill and Brookdale VW charges me for a replacement drain plug? I’m like what’s up with this? They rotate all tire but didn’t replace the lug nuts! Visited this dealership recently due to my vehicle intermittently refusing to start, which seemed to be caused by the steering column lock being defective. The dealer was able to confirm that this was intermittently refusing to start, which seemed to be caused by the steering column lock being defective. The dealer was able to confirm that this was the cause of the problem and also took the liberty of checking over the rest of the car, which revealed several other issues. Photos were sent of each issue, which made it much easier to decide what needed fixing and what could wait. While the total cost of the repairs was higher than I would have liked, the level of service provided was excellent and the repairs were completed faster than initially expected. More
