I brought our Atlas in to have serviced and was very surprised at the courteousness, professionalism, and promptness of the service department. I was there on Saturday to get new tires and a 60,000 mile service check. Grace checked me in and right away I could see she has amazing customer service skills. When I picked up my car something was wr mile service check. Grace checked me in and right away I could see she has amazing customer service skills. When I picked up my car something was wrong with it and it could not be driven. I discovered that as I pulled out of the parkng spot at the dealership. I called Grace immediately, told her the car is not driveable and that I will be pulling back into the service department. When I got back to service Grace was there waiting for me and even had a complimentary rental for me to use. She assured me they would take care of whatever it is and that the tech that worked on my car already said it was his mistake. By Monday afternoon the car was fixed at no extra cost to me. In Saturday's paperwork it stated that the tech broke 2 engine coils as he replaced the spark plugs. Then Monday I find out that he had also torn a spark plug boot and that is why the car was undriveable when I picked it up. I definitely don't want him working on my car ever again but I sure do hope to see Grace in the future. She was helpful, kind, respectful and I really like her!! Ps. The Jasons is who has kept me coming back for the past 5+ years. Now I get to add Grace to that list! More

My sunroof stopped working with one Touch and my windows started to no longer be Able to close while holding the keyess on the door handle. I took my Car in for an oil change, back rear tire was wobbling, and 20k mile tune up. I waited for 2 hours and was told everything was fine but they were not able to give me the complementary balance. Wh wobbling, and 20k mile tune up. I waited for 2 hours and was told everything was fine but they were not able to give me the complementary balance. When I drove home the car shook worse then before. I called back and let the service person know and they said I could schedule another appointment but a balance and look at the tires would cost $120. I took the care to tires plus and Discount tires. They both said two tires were cupped and three sides were out of alignment. Absolute the 20k check found that and they tried to make more money off of me by making me come back in when there was obviously something wrong. Never going back here. More
