Would not recommend yet. Undercoat was damaged by mechanic when putting car on lift. Service Manager Alex had issue corrected by body shop w/no price adjustment on work done. Issue has been dealt w mechanic when putting car on lift. Service Manager Alex had issue corrected by body shop w/no price adjustment on work done. Issue has been dealt with but with excessive hassle to get car back in same condition it arrived to shop in. Will try again, hopefully next time without damage to car - then may be willing to recommend, because they did correct the damage free of charge (and acknowledged that it should not have happened). Hopefully corrective measures are taken in Service Dept as well. General Manager Jim Baldwin also followed up - good to see at least that it was important to them, which was not the case in similar situation at another dealer (Luther Westside VW). More

I can't brag enough about the way they treat you!!! We traded in one of our cars and needed to swap out the snow tires for the factory wheels and tires and have the snow tires put on a different vehicle We traded in one of our cars and needed to swap out the snow tires for the factory wheels and tires and have the snow tires put on a different vehicle. Stopped in and in about 20" they had the swap done and my vehicle washed and ready to go! These people are AWESOME and treat you like family!!! We have purchased 4 vehicles now since November of 2018 and have no intentions of buying anywhere else! From the moment you walk in to "Just look" the treatment is amazing!! No hounding, no pressure from sales to finance to parts and service, they make you feel respected and at ease!!! More
