Remote starter installation. I originally set up an appointment to have a remote starter installed. Nathaniel Kaar was the Luther rep who followed up with a pre appointment phone I originally set up an appointment to have a remote starter installed. Nathaniel Kaar was the Luther rep who followed up with a pre appointment phone call to schedule a time and to explained that the install could take up to two hours. I also requested that the oil change reminder be reset as I was no where near 10,000 miles and was 3 months shy of a year. When I showed up for the appointment I met with Nathaniel and he went through all the service requests and also noticed that there was a factory recall/reset for my 2019 Tiguan and asked if I wanted that serviced, which I did. He said with the additional service requests, complimentary fluids check and car wash total time would be around 3 hours. I could have come back to have the additional service items completed but since I was already there I just wanted everything done at once. I went in to the lounge prepared for a long wait. While I was in the lounge I saw the sales person who I lease my Tiguan from (Karen White) and she asked what I was in for. She then asked if I wanted a loaner and I jumped at the chance. I completed all of the errands I needed to do and once I returned waited around 15 minutes until my Tiguan was ready. I was very happy with the outcome. Also to be clear, I had not asked for a loaner when I originally scheduled the work. More
