Always take Care of me I bought my Jetta here a few years ago. My key was having a hard time turning to to “off” position occasionally, so I scheduled an appointment to have I bought my Jetta here a few years ago. My key was having a hard time turning to to “off” position occasionally, so I scheduled an appointment to have them take a look at it. They replaced the ignition switch (I don’t know if that’s what is called.. not a car guy) for free and didn’t even charge labor. I guess it was covered under a warranty. It was done very quickly. I am always pleased with their customer service at this dealership. More

The representative who picked up the phone was very rude and made it seem like I was bothering her. My car had just broken down and I was just checking my near-by service options and having that specific rep. respond in that way left a poor first impression. More
