Routine maint The service trip was excellent. No waiting, I was met as I exited my vehicle. The loaner was ready and I was on my way in 10 minutes give or take. The service trip was excellent. No waiting, I was met as I exited my vehicle. The loaner was ready and I was on my way in 10 minutes give or take. The car was ready in 3.5 hours, precisely when I was told it would be. When I forgot to return the key to the dealer Navar got it from me. Just an all around great experience! More

Was GREAT! I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. Drove right into the service bay and as soon as I got out out the car some was there to greet I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. Great job with service and coordination I had to have the windshield replaced as part of a hail damage claim. The body shop in charge of the repair asked for my help in getting a Volkswagen I had to have the windshield replaced as part of a hail damage claim. The body shop in charge of the repair asked for my help in getting a Volkswagen shop to do the rain sensor alignment. I volunteered Brookdale of course! The coordination was terrific. Brookdale did a great job and did some warranty work, did an overall inspection, and washed the car. They even gave me a ride back and forth to work. Great service all around! More
