Windshield replacement Had an insurance windshield claim (2nd one in 4 months) & our first oil change, but both times the service employees were awesome! We dealt with Nate Had an insurance windshield claim (2nd one in 4 months) & our first oil change, but both times the service employees were awesome! We dealt with Nate this time and everything went so smoothly. Very knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. Nate & his service manager made sure everything was set up with the glass replacement company we chose and Nate & the finance manager made sure we were good to go with the re-application of the crystal fusion we had purchased with the new vehicle. The service techs did a great job from their end working on our vehicle. The detailing department did a very nice job cleaning the vehicle up and I asked about some minor scratches to be touched up with the touch up paint I had and they did a great job buffing & filling in the marks. Overall I’m very happy with every transaction that my wife & I have made with Luther Brookdale VW and look forward to continuing bringing our business here. More

Great customer service I had to get my purge valve, lights, and windshield whippers replaced. Navar did a great job when I came in.
