They are more than just helpful. I had an incredible experience at this dealership. I had lost my keys and had to get my car towed to this dealership. Honorable Service With my previous lease, I purchased a service package for 10, 20 and 30,000 mile services. I loved my Tiguan so much, I didn't hesitate to lease a ne With my previous lease, I purchased a service package for 10, 20 and 30,000 mile services. I loved my Tiguan so much, I didn't hesitate to lease a new one and did so early at the encouragement of the sales staff at the Brookdale location. During the leasing process, I asked specifically if they would still honor the service package I had previously purchased. Since I was turning my vehicle in early I wasn't going to be able to use the 30,000 mile service. I was told at that time they would honor it. Despite no paperwork to support this when I arrived, the service group agreed to honor on for my next service. More
