Oil change Navar was incredibly helpful. I had my 3 kids with me when we arrived at the dealership and everyone was hungry and impatient to get to the lake house Navar was incredibly helpful. I had my 3 kids with me when we arrived at the dealership and everyone was hungry and impatient to get to the lake house after our oil change. I called the dealership as we were on our way and Navar was patient with us and said there was a shuttle that could bring us to a restaurant. When we got there the shuttle wasn’t around, so Navar personally drove us to a nearby restaurant and picked us up after. He also personalized our oil change to save us some time and get us on our way as quickly as possible. All with a smile the entire time. Thank you Navar! Highly recommend! More

TDI repair I had a DPF failure on a TDI Golf I recently purchased. Independent shops recommended dealer service. I had previous very bad experiences with VW dealer service. This time I was very happy. Repairs were covered by warranty and done very quickly. Rental car was provided. Excellent communication with me including tips on how to keep my car in top shape. My car is now running as good as new. Dealer service was previously the worst thing about VW ownership. I’m very happy to see they are making significant improvements. More

Deceptive customer service Place contacted my wife to complete a 10000 mile new new car visit. Service department over charged for a very expensive oil change. Good but could be more affordable I liked the pay via text message app they now offer. I thought they were professional and courteous. The cost of over $32.00 company for a $7 bulb rep I liked the pay via text message app they now offer. I thought they were professional and courteous. The cost of over $32.00 company for a $7 bulb replacement was outrageous. Even the oil change at $80 was expensive but I can understand that. Little things like a low cost bulb at such a high price are reasons why people will look elsewhere for a better deal. I will most likely reserve only recall issues as reasons to bring my cars to dealerahips for repair. You could have charged $15.00 or maybe even $20.00 to replace a $7.00 bulb. But over $30.00 is just unjustifiable. Again, good service and convenient pay option though. More
