Did not repair tilt steering to satisfaction I was a bit disappointed in the last service visit as the tilt steering wheel on my 2018 Passat does not work to my satisfaction. It is still difficul I was a bit disappointed in the last service visit as the tilt steering wheel on my 2018 Passat does not work to my satisfaction. It is still difficult to lock in position in either the full up or down positions. There seems to be a loose part in the column that moves randomly to make the tilt lever very tight. The service department's solution was to apply grease to the affected part?? I would like to set-up a follow-up appointment with the service department and actually have a technician look at it! Fine service, stop trying to sell me additional services. Everything in my scheduled service was good but I feel like at every turn, someone is trying to find a way to sell me more. They stood by there word. When I bought the truck the coolant was down and it was because of a mechanical error of not getting all the air out of the lines. it took 3 returns When I bought the truck the coolant was down and it was because of a mechanical error of not getting all the air out of the lines. it took 3 returns before they got to correct level.
