Overall I had a good experience. My rep was very helpful thought the process and kept me up to date on what was happening as the appointment took longer than expected. Staff was excellent but I’m sure sure about the technicians. I had the car in for many issues and an alignment. Had it in twice for the alignment and it still pulls to the right. We had an 11:45am appointment on Tuesday for a check engine light. It wasn’t until 11am Thursday that they even checked what the issue was. We were told on the phone that because we didn’t wait at the d engine light. It wasn’t until 11am Thursday that they even checked what the issue was. We were told on the phone that because we didn’t wait at the dealership on Tuesday, other cars were prioritized ahead of ours. Even though we had made an appointment. Ended up having to ask a neighbor to watch my 3 kids and have another neighbor drive me there, to get a rental car that I then had to fill up with gas costing me even more money. Safe to say it will probably be our last time using the dealership as it was not an experience we’d like to go through again. More

Clean and fast service. Regular communication. My invoice was missing the new tire mail-in rebate info but the staff sent me it after I requested it. There wasn't a note on Regular communication. I go here to maintain the warranty on my vehicle and because they have a nice waiting area. More
