When scheduling my appointment to drop off my vehicle I was asked several questions like if I planned to drop off or wait and also chose which tires I wanted. When I dropped the vehicle off they had the ap was asked several questions like if I planned to drop off or wait and also chose which tires I wanted. When I dropped the vehicle off they had the appointment set up that I would be waiting for the vehicle and did not have the tires I picked noted. Come to find out the tires I originally picked were no longer in stock. I was then asked if I was waiting for the vehicle and replied no. I also mentioned concern for my brakes and asked for an update if those would need replacing. They said it would be ready before close on Saturday at 3:30. Well, By 12:30pm Saturday I had not been contacted at all with any updates. So I texted requesting an update and was told they were still waiting on an update from the tech. No word for an hour. So I texted again asking if the car would be done and only got an update that it would not be done. Still nothing regarding the brakes that I had asked about when dropping off the vehicle. Monday came around and no updates from your team all day until I sent a text at 3:00pm requesting an update. And magically 45 minutes my car is all ready to go. When on the phone I asked about the brakes and he said they checked out good. My husband and I had to scramble our schedules around since we only had one vehicle and we’re expecting to have the Atlas back by Saturday. If I had received updates on the Atlas earlier on Monday I would have been able to pick it up then, but since I didn’t receive an update until I requested one late in the afternoon it was too late for me to drive all the way to the dealership then still make it to my 5:15pm appointment. Then to top it off I was asked when I dropped the vehicle off if you guys could wash it. I said yes, but when I picked up the vehicle that hadn’t happened. Also, when I received my statement the 5% off coupon I had already told the guy about and has shown proof of wasn’t on there so I had to ask about that and send another screenshot as proof. Do you all realize that keeping the customer updated on the care of their vehicle is important? And when your scheduling team keeps the customer on the phone 20 minutes picking out tires they should make sure that info is on the appointment info? Definitely going to look into other places for service in the future after this terrible and delayed experience. sorry. More
