There was some miscommunication as I had thought that if both the front and rear alignments needed to be performed I would be notified. Also I was asked if I wanted a free car wash and I said yes, it was ma both the front and rear alignments needed to be performed I would be notified. It would also be nice to get an estimate of how long the service was going to take as the 20k service, plus alignment and shift cover trim took 5 hours and I called to get the status a few times. I scheduled my service, and was offered to either drop it off at the dealership or the service center. I chose the dealership, and then on my way home received a call from a concierge asking to confirm my ad off at the dealership or the service center. I chose the dealership, and then on my way home received a call from a concierge asking to confirm my address, as he was expecting to pick my car up at home. Then; I was told my car would be done by the end of the day. I was never called, and upon calling was told they didn’t know where my car was. Although I had a tracker in my car confirming my car was in fact at the dealership, but no one knew that. The next morning, I didn’t even receive a phone call from anyone letting me know what happened or when my car would be ready. An absolutely terrible experience More
