I have all my, and my wife's, VW service done here and have for years with different VWs I have owned. Very helpful group, clean facility and good communication though priced a bit high. For the last year or so, my vehicle (Touareg TDI) has been consuming at least a quart of oil between routine maintenance. The dealership is good about topping it off when I can get in, but I need a permanent fix. My time and peace of mind is important, too! I have been told by several techs that this is normal for VW, which I don't believe. None of my other VWs have ever needed oil between oil changes. - Need a Resolution More
