My most recent visit to the service center went well. The initial fix for a broken component didn't work, but they were able to get me a rental until they could fix it through another method. I have had a few repeat issues with my vehicle though that is still under warranty, but I'm unsure if that's a reflection of my VW, the parts VW authorizes the dealer to use, or an issue with workmanship by those doing the repairs. I had a great 10k maintenance experience. My service representative Lucas promptly greeted me when I arrived, got me checked in quickly, and kept me updated as needed during my wait. I really liked the text message alerts notifying me of the status of my car and thought the video inspection was a nice touch. I had a routine visit so I wasn’t expecting any issues, but overall it was a wonderful customer experience. I especially love the complimentary car wash. More

Last time service was poor. They refused to wash my car when I went in for an oil change. I had to end up going down the street to get it done, plus they washed my car. Went back for headlights change an when I went in for an oil change. I had to end up going down the street to get it done, plus they washed my car. Went back for headlights change and a one hour estimated time turned into over two hours and was not made aware until the service agent came to ask me if I wanted my filters changed. They are usually good but last couple of times, I’m very dissatisfied. More
