My last car and my current car are CTS's and I've been bringing them to Luther for every maintenance. I purchased my current CTS from Luther and offered to trade my old CTS in on the purchase and was emba bringing them to Luther for every maintenance. I purchased my current CTS from Luther and offered to trade my old CTS in on the purchase and was embarrassed by your offer. I am interested in purchasing a new CTS5 and would prefer to trade my car for a decent offer rather than deal with selling myself but am hesitant to do so from my previous experience. I also used to get my car washed after maintenance/oil changes and I didn't get that either. I asked the person, who did my paperwork for my oil change, if he could have a tech look at my computer screen because it isn't working and he said that I didn't need anyone to look at it and that I should just buy a new computer and have it replaced for $1,200.00 plus labor. The car is 4 years old and has 42,000 miles, why would the computer be bad? I like Cadillac but I don't get the feeling I'm considered a valuable customer. Thanks More
