Jeff Hetrick in service texted me shortly after the certified escalade was brought into service with a couple of minor issues I noticed the day after I picked it up. From that point on the communication was better than I had received at any service department ever. He had a part coming the next day for the rear entertainment which I couldn't believe they were overnighting from Chicago. After everyting was done I had a TPMS light go on when I left and Jeff had me drive through the next day, never left my vehicle and that was fixed in 30 seconds. I have never been trreated so well and had that level of communication. In Contrast I've come to expect with prior experiences elswhere never knowing who was going to answer the phone, taking several days for repairs and basically feeling like the interruption to my life was secondary to what they felt like doing. I'll definitely return to luther for all of my service. More

I was not happy with my tire rotation being included with the oil change. When I had a Lincoln they included tire rotation with oil change. This is really stupid. Our service was excellent like other times that we have had our XTS serviced. Always on time. We usually wait for the service to be completed in the western waiting area.
