I had a brand new suv that I loved and had paid off. Unfortunately, an elderly woman decided to drive straight across 169 while I and other vehicles were driving on it full speed ahead. We collided. I w Unfortunately, an elderly woman decided to drive straight across 169 while I and other vehicles were driving on it full speed ahead. We collided. I was ambulanced, suv totaled. Had to buy a new vehicle fast, I'm an ICU nurse in a pandemic. Bought a XT5 from your dealership, it had just come back from a lease. So I was told to come pick it up the following morning. I arrived to pick it up (50 min drive one way). It wasn't ready, I needed to wait another couple days. When I did get the car delivered to me it had a dent in rear gate, cracked rear bumper, tiny dent on a door, driver's seat running hard, and that night I noticed driver's side headlight had an issue. I had to negotiate to get these taken care of. I didn't mention headlight because I thought I could just change the bulb. This week I brought the suv back in to have both dents pulled out again (they were not gone the first time. Dent on rear gate got worse.) Paid for light bulb to be tightened. When Charlie called to let me know it was done he said, "I'm going to be firm with you." Went on to tell me that I need to stop doing whatever I'm doing that's causing dents. (The dents were there when I bought it.) He talked down to me as if I were a child and repeated as if I didn't understand. (I'm an intelligent person, I have people's lives in my hands daily. This was very rude. I'm a charge nurse, I solve problems. The way he spoke to me was unprofessional.) He said they did $300 worth of work for free on rear gate because they want my car to look nice (as if I don't). I'd honestly rather pay for it than be spoke to like that. Headlight that I paid them to fix is Not fixed. I've had easy, great experiences with the other suv's I've purchased.. 1st Cadillac. Not impressed. For some reason I've had a couple bad experiences with your dealership. I was going to test drive a new XT6 when I came to pick up my vehicle, now that I've had gone and know what I want. Not after this though. More
Charlie is my go to guy! He takes care of all my concerns. And he always comes and gives me updates during the service! Very polite, friendly, and professional!
