Keymontae, we are sorry the purchase of your CTS did not go as planned for you. Please remember the Cadillac GM Factory Powertrain Warranty is active on the CTS till February 25th of 2022. If there is a failed component in the transmission as your Cadillac Specialist says there should be no issue getting it covered by him at his GM dealership. Once again we apologize for you having to take the time to get the update done that we covered for you, which was of no cost to you.
