First car purchase. Salesperson refused to budge from original sticker price, low balled me on trade in. I needed the car, so I took the deal. Not satisfied with the sale Salesperson refused to budge from original sticker price, low balled me on trade in. I needed the car, so I took the deal. Not satisfied with the sale. I'm not entirely sure if I would recommend this dealer to another person. I'm still resentful that the salesperson made me pay full sticker price for a used car. Granted the car was CPO, still the fact remains that the salesperson was more concerned about lining his pockets. I realize that they are a business and want to make money, but I think they should of done better. The experience itself left me feeling taken advantage of. Time will tell if the car purchased is indeed everything they claim. If the car is truly on the up and up, I will most likely feel an overall satisfaction of the car I now own. More

I've been very satisfied with their service dept. They always get me in for service in short order & always have my car ready when promised. Luther's sales staff is always there when I want to try out a car or ask questions. Even though I'll be working with one salesman in particular & he isn't available, other sales personal are always there to help me out. Good teamwork! When finalizing my buying a car & trading in my existing car, there was no high pressure to buy any extras. I'm anxious to have a look at the new Buicks, out later this year. More
