Had great customer service when I bought my van, as well as when I took it in for service. Found out that 3/4 of my service fee was covered by a warranty I didn't know about, so that was a great surprise a as when I took it in for service. Service was grossly overpriced. Had to replace the alternator before the service center would complete dx. Alternator was extremely overpriced. When I tried to pay online I was not able to. When I called to pay I was transferred 3 times and the lady I spoke with was not friendly at all. The only bright spot was drop off and pick up service. Being a single parent and one car house it was really the only way to get this repair done. More
Overall opinion about the the dealership was decent. Some good and not so great people. I was a Ford tech before and I brought my Focus RS in and I knew it had a power train issue, as it was having a fluctua good and not so great people. I was a Ford tech before and I brought my Focus RS in and I knew it had a power train issue, as it was having a fluctuating idle. I asked the service advisor about how long my power train warranty was and he ignored my request and proceeded to tell me that if it wasn't covered under warranty that there would be a diag fee, like I didn't know how it worked. Dropped the car off and got a call a while later, saying they found a problem with the evap purge valve, as I already had diagnosed, and were telling it was not covered under warranty. It was directly affecting the performance of my engine, I called bs but they continued to deny it. I went to check with my extended warranty contract and they came in clutch, (weirdly enough because of the part description it was not covered, but not Fords fault, but they honored it either way) and covered with no deductible. They ordered my part and I rescheduled my appointment. I picked up my car that night and noticed my accessport was turning on but not connecting with the data from the car. So I inspected the connector to the OBD2 port and found it was incorrectly installed and the cord was cracked around the whole end. I was very upset but decided to wait till I brought it in later to talk to Brad about the cord. Coming to when I dropped it off. No issues during the repair. I talked to Brad later and he was able to order me a new cord, which made me very happy with the whole service I had. I received my car later that day and saw the R.O. story and thought it was funny. I am giving 5 stars because I wasn't sure if it affects your advisors pay, but I am an advisor at another dealership, so I wanted to not ruin their paycheck because I know how it can be tough. More
