I’ve had work done by Luther Chev/GMC 4 times since moving to Hudson. I’ve always been completely satisfied. I was scheduled to have my 2018 Acadia Denali serviced this past Thursday & was supposed to moving to Hudson. I’ve always been completely satisfied. Awesome! Got me a loaner so I could still get out fishing while my vehicle was being fixed. And found that my tail light which was going to be $900 was actually covered under a GMC recall. And so I fishing while my vehicle was being fixed. And found that my tail light which was going to be $900 was actually covered under a GMC recall. And so I got that replaced for free!!! More

Never received the multi-point inspection report that the invoice said was accomplished when my vehicle was in four new tire installation.I know your dealership can do better than that.
