I was not told I would be charged $40 a day for a rental car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enoug car until my car could be looked at. The 1st I heard this was when I called about the cost of my repair. The rental car I was given was not big enough for the 3 cars seats I have so I was unable to use the rental car as I should have been. When I questioned things I was brushed off. Invoices and repair statements need to have a clear breakdown. I absolutely would not have left the dealership with a car I couldn’t use had I known I was going to have to pay $80 to use it. I have used this dealership for all of our car needs the last 10+ years and I have never been treated so poorly. More

The service department was very informative about what needed to be serviced on our truck. They also fixed an issue on our truck and was helpful with letting me know what needed to be serviced the next ti needed to be serviced on our truck.
