First point of contact was Nathan on team A. He did a nice job. His counterpart on team b, I forget his name, but he never called me back. It would be beneficial to streamline that process and try to get the time consolidated. Seems like a lot of waiting. Over all, we are satisfied. This was our second pitch chase and I have no reason not to purchase from you again. More
