Attention to detail Our salesman was fantastic. It's the rest of the dealership that needs attention to detail. After the salesman finished all of our paperwork we waited Our salesman was fantastic. It's the rest of the dealership that needs attention to detail. After the salesman finished all of our paperwork we waited for EVER to talk to the finance guy. We even left for an hour and came back and still waited an hour more. In my eyes this is unexpectable. It was over 2.5 hours. Once we got into see him the rest of it went smooth but we did have to come back because it had not been inspected or detailed yet. We made an appointment for the following Thursday to finish up with the finance guy at 1PM. I even called that morning to make sure that the car was ready and that our appointment was still on for 1PM. We got there at 12:50. We were told that the finance guy wasn't quite ready. We finally got in at 2:15 pm. Again we specifically made an appointment so we didn't have to wait. Meanwhile the salesman was trying to do what ever he could to smooth over the situation. Once we finished and we took possession of the car we left to have our mechanic go over the car to make sure that they did there 144 point inspection and didn't miss anything. Well it didn't take long and our mechanic find something that the inspector should have found if he truly did looked under the hood. He found a mouse nest the size of a football along with food all over the top of the engine. I took the car back to the dealership. The salesman was super embarrassed and he introduced me to the sales manager. We talked and really didn't in my eyes seemed to concerned. When talking to the salesman and I even talk to the used car manager a couple days before Thursday they said the they really take the car inspection seriously. I don't believe it. The bad part is that they never even offered us anything at all. The sale was done and they got their money. More
Truly Unreliable I lost all the keys to my vehicle and needed to get a replacement made. I called Luther Hudson because my car was in Hudson and they said they could m I lost all the keys to my vehicle and needed to get a replacement made. I called Luther Hudson because my car was in Hudson and they said they could make me one. I showed up on Saturday August 31st, just after 11am and the parts department that makes the key closes at 1pm. The guy working the parts department was one of the rudest people I've ever met. A few things he said to me.. "Ugh, you're the 3rd one today needing a key made!" "This takes up all my time! I'm going to quit doing this for people!" "OH! A VIBE TOO! Great, that's going to take even longer!" That was some of what I remember but there was even more ranting than that. He then said to come back at 1 when they close, because it'll take him that long to make it. Long story short, I came back, the key didn't work, they wouldn't refund the money because he had already left and wasn't gonna be back til Tuesday. I came back Tuesday just before 6:00pm and a different guy was working there. He was very nice and helpful, the only reason this review isn't 1 star. He looked at the key and said the original guy used the wrong key and apologized. The first guy just rushed and didn't care about taking his time enough to get it right, resulting in a large waste of my own time. This is my 2nd experience with this dealership and surprisingly my first was even worse, so I recommend never coming here for anything. More
