Half assed My truck was making a noise while driving down the road when I brought it in. They found something wrong and fixed that problem. They never took the t My truck was making a noise while driving down the road when I brought it in. They found something wrong and fixed that problem. They never took the truck for a drive after whatever they fixed because my truck still makes the noise when driving and is now getting worse. It really pisses me off because I bought a new truck and paid extra for extended warranties. I know the technicians get paid less for warranty work and probably want to run the other way when they get a vehicle to work on under warranty but this is absolutely unacceptable. This never happened when I leased from Hudson Luther Dodge. I am irritated beyond words I should use in a public review More

Friendly and good prices. Just bought a used 2012 Town and Country.... The sales rep Nathan was awesome to deal with and the price was right... the transaction was made as easy Just bought a used 2012 Town and Country.... The sales rep Nathan was awesome to deal with and the price was right... the transaction was made as easy as possible by them (thank goodness). They also have a 5 day no questions asked return policy, which is of course sweet when dealing with a used car!...... But here I am on day six and of course on my way to work I hit the brakes and hear this terrible grinding sound coming from the brakes, not certain what it is yet but sounds terrible.... so I guess I have repairs to pay for already.... Probably just my own bad luck..... but annoying non the less.... But again I highly recommend Nathan if you need a car.... he was awesome! UPDATE. I've been told that my car is covered under the 30 day 1,500 mile bumper to bumper warranty😁.... the appointment is scheduled for 2 weeks from now (seems like a long wait..... but if it's free then that's fine). Will update again after the work is completed. Update Brought the car in for service, they had a brand new shinny 2019 Acadia waiting for me to use as a rental (for real cheap) while my car was fixed.... they put new brake pads and rotors on free of charge, the old pads were cracked hence the grinding noise. It was overall a very pleasant experience from purchase till now.... Thank you Hudson Chevrolet for doing such a fantastic job. 😁 More
