I believe the Hudson Dealership went above and beyond helping me with my car repair. I had taken the car first to a local friend to see if he could diagnose. After he said there was a possible coverage helping me with my car repair. I had taken the car first to a local friend to see if he could diagnose. i had an apt, for wiper blades, and the part was unavailable, so they made the decision to go up a level of product , but had me pay the difference for the upgrade. i work in retail, if i know the unavailable, so they made the decision to go up a level of product , but had me pay the difference for the upgrade. i work in retail, if i know the customer is coming in, i make sure i have the product, if i upgrade the customer my store eats the difference, not the customer. Also, the gal training at the front desk, was a wise response person, not appreciated, and she lied. She said we were talking to the service dept woman for 20 mins, and that was not true. she should be spoken to. More
