Review I'd give more stars & I love Marti in the service department but I bought my car new & had problems with it since day one, its 2 yrs later & still an I'd give more stars & I love Marti in the service department but I bought my car new & had problems with it since day one, its 2 yrs later & still an on-going issue & gets worse. Extremely dissatisfied with Luther & Chevy because its not fixed, broken promises. Going without heat in my new car is & was unjustified during the cold months & not having a blower at any given time is not good service. Haven't been treated the best either, more pushed off than anything. Jubie has missed meetings with me at least 3x. Otherwise, LOVE Marti & can get my oil changed within a week of calling. More

Deal was supposed to include two oil changes and tire rotations from any Chevrolet dealer. Hudson chev did #1 because they are closer to my home. Scheduled #2 with them and they confirmed it was on Chevrolet. Showed up, bait and switch. Said no 2nd free service. Both selling dealer and servicing dealer communicated that two service visits were included Frustrating, disappointing. Don’t know if it is a Chevrolet issue or a dealer issue, but, I left and found someone else to service my truck. -5 stars More

I would recommend Hudson Chevy to my friends and family. A couple months after I purchased my truck I noticed rail dust all over the truck. The manager was super awesome about it and agreed to have it fixed for a small deductible. I gave quality of work one star because when I picked it up the rail dust was still all over the truck and only some of it was removed. My service advisor was awesome and apologetic. they’re currently fixing the problem. It’s a hard and probably boring job when fixing rail dust. I am not going to fault the dealership for one little thing. Overall this is a 5 star dealership! More

Get it together! While the service was fine, we were initially quoted $300. I authorized that amount and then suddenly Nick said "Oh wait, there's something else here While the service was fine, we were initially quoted $300. I authorized that amount and then suddenly Nick said "Oh wait, there's something else here for another $500". I said fine go ahead and fix it. The next day I get a phone call from Mari ((Maria? not sure) that "Oh we forgot that there is another problem , it'll be another $600". So you can imagine that I'm not happy that my estimate ended up being 5 x's my original quote. Since my car is only 500iles out of warranty, I will be finding somewhere more affordable in the future. More
