Brought my Equinox in for an oil change, and as usual they delivered exceptional service! The appointment was easy to book online for a convenient time, Marti is always very friendly and professional whe they delivered exceptional service! The appointment was easy to book online for a convenient time, Marti is always very friendly and professional when I drop off my vehicle, and her communication is top-notch! All of the staff is great, the process of renting a vehicle for the day is hassle-free and the vehicles are excellent, and the frosting on the cake is that they wash my car after it’s been serviced :) We’ve purchased several vehicles from Luther Hudson Chev and have always been happy with the way we’ve been treated. Will return again! More

They misdiagnosed a repair that would have been a $1,000 fix and had me replace my entire engine. Had to make several visits after the engine was replaced because they took the actual failed parts off the o fix and had me replace my entire engine.
