Had an emergency issue with a power window on my vehicle. I talked to Marti that morning, she called me back to set up an appointment for service later that day and within 2 hours they had the problem fixed I talked to Marti that morning, she called me back to set up an appointment for service later that day and within 2 hours they had the problem fixed. Did everything promised and did it sooner than expected! Great service. Was told vehicle would be worked on on Monday but was finished on Friday. My suburban now runs as it should. Service was good, but the original email I clicked in to schedule offered a discount for the oil change and I don't think I got a discount. Didn't notice that on the invoice until later.
