Great customer service! The Chevy App on my phone gave me appointment date till the 19th! Too far away to get my service in. So I decided to call the service department directly and asked if I can get my appointment date till the 19th! Too far away to get my service in. I stopped in to have battery checked and everyone was friendly and helpful. We decided to replace battery. They dropped me off at work. i picked up my vehicle at 4PM after I had paid online. Marti and her team were great as always! I have my Silverado in for an oil change and to add some accessorie. Marti helped us greatly with getting both of our daily used vehicles serviced in the same day. We were able to leave one vehicle and she notified us as soon as it was done so we could drop off the other v used vehicles serviced in the same day.
