Professional, Straight Forward, Honest and Zero Pressure I recently purchased a vehicle from the MPLS Fiat dealership. I’m not the easiest buyer to work with because I’ve done a ton of research and I’m prett I recently purchased a vehicle from the MPLS Fiat dealership. I’m not the easiest buyer to work with because I’ve done a ton of research and I’m pretty confident in what I’m looking for in vehicles. In my buying process I had talked to countless dealers and it was a painful experience, until I had arrived at the Fiat dealership. Never once did I feel like I was being sold to, I felt like I was being consulted with. I told them what was I looking for and they helped me find exactly it. The GM Dave called me and text me updates and was always professionally keeping me up to date on any changes or giving me options to look at with no pressure or chessy selling tactics. Almost every other dealer it was the direct opposite approach and experience. I even made a user error while using the car and brought it back in after 5 days and they took good care of me and didn’t make feel like the village idiot, the service team knew exactly what I did wrong and they kindly educated me. It was great. If you interested in having a very professional experience while buying a car, I would not hesitate to recommend Dave and his team at MPLS Fiat. More

Great Service! Went in 7/11/14 for my first oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. In and out in about an hour and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in Went in 7/11/14 for my first oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. In and out in about an hour and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in- they washed it for me. I needed some touch up paint but they were out of stock. They later shipped it to me , no charge, which was greatly appreciated as I live and hour and fifteen minutes away. More
