I moved to the Milwaukee area and I have even taken it back to Bloomington for some service as I am not happy with the Infiniti dealership in this area. Rudy has always been great to work with and has gone above and beyond accommodating me when traveling back to MN for service. I have not found any dealerships that have such a great Service Manager and always with a great attitude. More

Service Department is the BEST! I have been going to Luther Infiniti for over 10 years, they are my FAVORITE. They accommodate me on times, they wash and vac my car, and they always fix things correctly the first time (not that there are many of those) - if there is something that was un-expected, they work with me on figuring out the best way to handle the repair. Luther Infiniti of Bloomington is the BEST! I was stranded on I-94 in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin about an hour from Bloomington on Friday late afternoon in my Infiniti (due to a non-Infi I was stranded on I-94 in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin about an hour from Bloomington on Friday late afternoon in my Infiniti (due to a non-Infiniti dealer doing work on my car, but that is another story.) I live in the Chicago area and I was up in Minneapolis on business. Anyway, I searched for the nearest Infiniti dealer and lucky for me, Rudy Lalor answered the phone at Luther Infiniti of Bloomington. He arranged a tow truck, found me a hotel, and worked on my car first thing on Saturday morning so I could get on the road back home. He went above and beyond to help me and I'm not even a customer there as I don't live in the area. I would be a customer there now if I lived there and I highly recommend it. Any service department that does that much to help someone out understands service at a whole other level. Go get your Infiniti serviced there. They are the BEST! Oh, and I forgot, he text me to make sure I made it home to Chicago ok. How great is that?!?!?!! More
